An Outfit Inspired by Beauty and the Beast
A princess in pants? Now you’ve seen everything!
As you may have guessed, this is what I wore to watch Beauty and the Beast this weekend. It wasn’t good… it was GREAT! I would highly recommend rushing to the theater to watch it. Even if, like me, you hate musicals and mushy movies. It will change your mind!
But I’m not here to review movies, I’m here to break down this enchanting outfit…
The Inspiration Behind This Outfit
You should know by now that I love dressing for a theme so I was stoked to pick out something to wear for this show.. not to mention today is my 26th birthday and I spent the weekend celebrating!
Sequins were a must so I wore this sparkly gold top to rival Belle’s ballgown. And then I picked out ethereal extras like this flowy cover-up, crown necklace, nude flats, and a gold lead headband.
You can bet that I would have worn a skirt but the wind would have caused some bloopers so I resorted to wearing pants. I tried to pick a fun color, if that’s any consolation?
Does This Outfit Ring a BELLE?
Needless to say, I felt very special. This outfit can be filed under looks-super-cute-but-is-also-really-ridiculously-comfortable. Those are always my favorite!
