Something Old, Something New

The last few months of my life have been filled with lots of new experiences but one thing remains the same: wearing old clothes! I’m currently starring in a local production of Arsenic and Old Lace and was inspired by my fabulous ’40s costume to wear this outfit.

This beautiful green dress was actually bought at the theaters closet sale earlier this summer so I thought it’d be perfect to wear for the nights of our performances. Only the cast gets to see it as I enter the building so I had to snap a pic so it could live forever online!

And because our production has an elderberry wine theme, I whipped up this necklace from a bottle trinket in my junk jewelry box. We’ve been performing really well so maybe it’s our good luck charm!
