I’m starting to see a pattern in my outfit posts!
Just last week I shared an outfit with two different patterns and now I’m at it again.
You might recognize the top portion of my outfit from my latest DIY video. But what you didn’t see was the surprise bottoms I had on!
These houndstooth pants have gone unworn for a long time because I couldn’t come up with a great way to wear them. Rather than default with a solid black or white colored top, I thought I’d have a little fun!
I think houndstooth is very subtle and easily can be mixed with other patterns. I loved the way it popped with my graphic tee and striped cardigan. From a distance, you might not even notice the patterns clashing!
So basically my top needed these pants and these pants needed this top. It’s a perfect match!
I kept the color fun going by wearing lots of pink accessories because apparently that’s been my thing this summer.
Hopefully this is not the last time you see these pants. Maybe next time I’ll style them punky for fall! How would you wear them?
