I couldn’t believe how much you all loved discovering my favorite thrift stores in Wisconsin. As promised, there are plenty more where they came from. Here’s a few places that I consider hidden gems because they’re definitely off the beaten path!

Evansville Ecumencial Care Closet
Where at?: 202 S Madison St, Evansville, WI 53536
Pros: Items are fairly priced. Occasionally runs sales. Lots of volunteers to help out with your questions. Good for the community!
Cons: The store has very limited hours and the location is small so it’s best to time your trip appropriately so you don’t get caught in a rush.
What I bought recently: I participated in a $5 clothing bag sale that happens twice a year to helps sell off out-of-season merch.
My best score ever: I can’t remember. Oops!
Ideal for thrifters looking for..: Clothes and books really take up a lot of space in there!

St. Vincent de Paul
Where at?: 348 N Judgement St, Shullsburg, WI 53586
Pros: Run by volunteers so prices are very affordable (sometimes even free!). There are two floors of bargains plus lots of extra little spaces due to it being an old school house.
Cons: Location is not wheelchair accessible and is quite grimy. If you’re especially sensitive to dust, wear a face mask! The ventilation system is a bit old so it does get toasty in the summer. Prices are a bit difficult to find because they’re printed on signs that are sporadically placed. Oh and if you’re scared of ghost, beware – it’s right next door to a cemetery!
What I bought recently: As seen in the picture!
My best score ever: My Michael Jackson ‘Thriller’ jacket for $7. 😍
Ideal for thrifters looking for..: Clothes, bedding, and shoes are in great abundance.
Find ’em online: No online presence.
Beginning Point Church Thrift Shop
Where at?: 148 Third Ave. in Benton, WI 53803 (formerly Benton Bible Church)
Pros: Clean and well organized. Has table out front of free stuff. Really nice volunteers. Clothes are half price every Friday!
Cons: Hours are somewhat limited so plan accordingly.
What I bought recently: My green and white striped button up from my October thrift haul.
My best score ever: Too much to name. I never leave empty hand!
Ideal for thrifters looking for..: Everything!
